Why Focus On Our Breath?

We have all been breathing since the day we were born…

What can be so special about breathing?

The list of whys is long… but here is the most important aspect to focus on. We all have to learn how to ride the waves created by our emotions, whether they are in the past, still affecting us, or daily events that may create stress and anxiety. Those emotions, sensations affect the nervous system and the easiest tool we have is to learn how to regulate it… through our breath. Learning how to use it is a journey that will transform your life as it did mine… 

3 Breathing Rules I Live My Life By...

1- Dedicate a minimum of 5 minutes a day to intentional breathing

If we cannot take 5 minutes for ourselves, how can we show up fully?

2- A full Conscious Connected Breathwork session every 7 to 10 days.

Over time, we accumulate pent up emotions, and breathwork is one of the best and simplest way to release them.

3- Always take full responsability over our nervous system.

Life gives us opportunities to integrate, release and learn everyday, it is never an accident.
